Q: How long does it take for my purchases to be delivered?
A: We normally ship your order within 3-7 business day. We ship the goods by Express(UPS,FedEx, TNT etc.). You should expect your purchase to arrive in 5-10 business days by Express. If you ever have any questions you can contact us via email or call us during normal business hours, BeiJing time.


Q: How much are your shipping costs?
A: It depends on the size of your order and where you are. Your specific cost will be calculated and shown to you when you place the order to us.

Q: Does your company provide free samples?
A: Yes, but just do it for return buyer . Because we have lots of sample enquiries everyday. Our low overhead cost in operation will benefit the serious buyer. The sample cost is based on our factory price to the market. In addition, the buyer also needs to pay for the shipping freight.


Q: How is your payment term?
A: We accept payment terms by T/T or by Paypal. The payment will be made to our business banking account by U.S dollar.
